“Seeing the work and the current reality of so many pastors around Latin America and around the world makes me remember my childhood experience, seeing the effort and commitment of my parents, like many other pastors in the ministerial task; with few resources, few emotional skills , tense environments, little solidarity, little spiritual and material support that ended up affecting the proper performance of their work. In the midst of this, I also recognize that God used different ways of sustenance and care. Therefore, I dream that this organization is an answer to the needs of pastors and their families; how I also hope that many other people want to join this initiative to serve and care for the pastoral family.
